Midsummer Eve Farm Dinner

We aim to create a farm experience that raises the bar for the term "farm to table". The bulk of the evening's ingredients are sourced from our farm and paired with all local wines by Palmina Winery. Palmina focuses on creating excellent food wines, and their philosophy shines through them. "Palmina is all about relationships. Relationships that bring people back to the table to sustain themselves with good wine and food, conversation and a small respite from the hustle and bustle of today’s world. Palmina crafts wines that are a key part of that equation; wines that can be enjoyed everyday, and that complement and enhance a wide range of food styles."

Our goals:

1. Highlight the flavors and wholesomeness of a diet rich in plant-based, local, and seasonal foods. 
2. Demonstrate the extent of what can be created with raw ingredients grown or raised without chemicals, pesticides or herbicides.
3. Drastically reduce the carbon footprint of our event. 

Any items we're unable to grow or produce here from raw ingredients, such as salt, are sourced from local, small-batch, or organic sources. 

Dietary Restrictions

Our meals are served family-style, so we can accommodate just a limited number of dietary restrictions or allergies. You may select these from the drop down menu in the ticketing link. If you have a dietary restriction that is not listed, please contact us.

Transportation

We pair wines with each course, so be sure to bring a designated driver, or arrange for a ride-sharing or taxi service. 

Attire

Our event is held outdoors and the farm tour covers mixed terrain, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. It may get chilly at night, and though we do put out space heaters, we also suggest bringing a jacket along to make sure you're comfortable. Some of our guests may dress up a bit, but it wouldn't be out of place to wear jeans or more casual clothes.
