Chicken Delivery & Pick-Up
Home Delivery
Our chickens, poultry supplies and coops are carefully hand delivered by our farmers across the coast of California.
Once your order has been successfully placed, a customer service representative will contact you to schedule the date of your delivery. You will receive a second phone or email confirmation between 3-5pm the business day prior to your scheduled delivery with notification of your anticipated 1-2 hour delivery window. For the best chance of next day delivery, please place your order by 12:00pm one business day prior to the scheduled delivery in your area. However, your delivery is ultimately subject to availability and therefore we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Minimum Orders of Chickens
There is a minimum order of 2 chickens for delivery. For the health and safety of the chickens, Dare 2 Dream Farms reserves the right to cancel an order if it does not meet the minimum.
Poultry Supplies Required
If you do not already have poultry supplies, you'll need to purchase them for delivery by Dare 2 Dream Farms, or pick them up at the feed store before you collect your order. You will need to confirm with the driver you have the appropriate supplies for the chickens before they will be released to you.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your delivery for backyard chickens and receive a full refund, cancellations must be made by 12:00pm one business day prior to your scheduled delivery. For the health and safety of the chickens, and for a courtesy to our driver, cancellations made after this deadline are subject to a fee equal to the delivery charge for an order that must be delivered a second time.

The total cost of delivery is determined by the quantity and age of chicks, plus any additional poultry supplies. Please plan to purchase your feed and poultry supplies from the feed store upon pick-up, to support local.

Chicken Pick-Up Locations
INSTRUCTIONS: If you plan to pick up at Dare 2 Dream Farms or your local feed store, select "I'll pick it up myself" during checkout to choose a feed store near you.
The driver will be available for the entire specified window of time, or until all orders scheduled for delivery have been picked up. (Please note: -- the stores are not authorized to hold chickens for late pickup.) These locations are for order pick up only. We do not bring extra chickens to sell on-site.
Please support your local feed store and purchase your feed & poultry supplies in-store upon picking up your chicks, rather than purchasing them from us. We have vetted each feed store and confirmed they offer our recommended poultry supplies and feeds.
